Tapas at Pata Negra

Finding a lunch spot on a Saturday in Bristol can be overwhelming. There are so many options for a variety of appetites and occasions all over the city, but when friends of mine suggested tapas at Pata Negra a few weeks ago I was excited to try something new.

Located in the heart of Bristol’s Old City, Pata Negra is a popular hangout and offers delicious tapas and cocktails – what more could you ask for!? There aren’t many dining spots like this where I live so I lap it up at every given opportunity, not to mention the Insta-worthy interior.

We took advantage of the three tapas for £10 offer, ordering 9 dishes between three of us to share. We sipped on cocktails whilst making our difficult decision, of course.

I love sharing dishes between friends when eating out as you really get the best of both worlds – great if you’re indecisive like me! Whether you’re discussing what to order or you are trying something new, it also offers great conversation for the group.

The tortilla and patatas bravas are both classic choices and ones I would highly recommend, but I was really won over by the Pan fried Morcilla, fried egg and Piquillo peppers – yum!
